Contract review

An agreement in; a clause-by-clause review and a deal-partner memo out. A deterministic playbook decides which clauses are material and a transparent risk engine (not the model) sets the recommendation; the model takes a position on each clause and drafts the memo, with a partner as the final reviewer. The on-prem story: the agreement and the firm's negotiated playbook never leave the firm, the class of mandate that is off-limits to cloud LLM tools.
