Drilling report

A daily drilling report in; a costed, well-control-screened morning report out. A deterministic engine prices the non-productive time and decides whether the well must be shut in; the model extracts the report and triages each flagged hazard (real kick vs sensor artifact), with a human supervisor as the final approver. The safety-critical monitor runs on the rig sensors, never the prose: a positive flow check forces a shut-in even if the model is unavailable. Rig-state and well-control data is real-time operational data an operator keeps inside the fence; here every token is served on-prem.
