A FOIA request and a responsive record in; a redacted release, a Vaughn index, and a response letter out. A deterministic engine guarantees no structured PII survives the release (it re-scans the output and any leak fails the gate closed); the model augments detection and drafts the letter, with a human FOIA officer as the final reviewer. The on-prem story is anchored on IRS Pub 1075 — FTI in a secured on-prem enclave is the compliant default.
