Production surveillance

A field of monthly well rates in; a ranked intervention plan out. A deterministic decline engine fits each well, flags the underperformers, and the priority rules decide which wells escalate; the model only hypothesizes a root cause per flagged well and drafts the briefing, with a production engineer as the final reviewer. A well below its economic limit, or an ESP in an integrity alarm, is escalated regardless of its score. Per-well production, allocation, and ESP telemetry is operational data an operator keeps inside the fence: here every token is served on-prem, next to the historian.
